Give it a chance.It can't hurt to see if it will pull through.
One of my plants when I transplanted it out of the small 20 oz cup into a bigger pot I think about 2 inches of root broke off. Do ya know what will happen? Will it rebound, or should I pull the fucker now?

Yeah, that sucks.I'd definitely say it's been stressed, lol.But you know, it's a weed.Give it time and attention just like any of your other plants, and you may be surprised.
Thanks bro, at least I got 6 more, Im not transplanting shit now, until I see root balls, cause I was gentle as I could be and it still broke. And it was one of the 2 big ones of the 7...About right though, Ill wait though and hope by some miracle the others pick up.

I just finished my harvest , I did the same thing with one of mine when transplanting, I ripped about 2 or three inches of the roots, i was pissed, out of the 3 plants I started with , 2 were male... and guess which one was female...yep...the root damaged one...lol....no frets bro....it will be fine... I did notice a small difference between her and other plants though...she was real bushy and full....her stems didnt get real leggy...they were short and compact....she will be allright man....good luck with your grow....

Next time cut the bottom of the cup off and push your plant up and out .....less stress. frankly if it is in a paper cup, just punch a bunch of holes in the cup and slap the whole thing into a bigger pot....that'll work as well. weed is tough stuff.

Maybe you could add a little rooting powder to the soil and water it in if you have access to some.
