Thought coco coir couldn’t be overwatered? My plants are droopy! Help!

it did crumbled a lil bit, usually i let the soil dry out before transplant, which was happening fast coz of the heat, they were inside when they popped out. seems they didnt even bother mate

Started this one out in a 5 gal cloth pot. 70/30 coir-per mix. Ppm @ 400 rn. I water around the coco based on how wide the plant is. I’m not watering until run off yet, not until I feel the roots are well established(probably in another week) I’m watering with a solo cup. Ph 5.9 @ 1/3 a cup.. in a few days a half a cup and continue to add more until you’re watering with a gal or two a day(after a month or so) Based off autos. Let it dry a bit and if it continues to look worse throughout the next two days then we may have to look at light, temp, etc.. if the roots haven’t started dying yet

Not laziness but as it’s my first time growing I wanted to keep things simple, I’ve heard transplanting can stress plants out a lot of the time and maybe even stunt growth.

This is exactly what I’m thinking! My other 3 plants are healthy and thriving but this one is droopy even though I’ve watered all 4 of them the same time and same amount.
