Thrips during flower stage!

So I've come to a conclusion that my babies have thrips and it's about day 30 flower. So I was wondering, is it ok to spray pesticide at this stage? Would it do any harm to the buds and what not? Or is it too late?

Not sure how you do things or how you care about your body, that being said I run organic and I have had thrips. I can tell you that imho, I would much prefer smoking those bastards over any pesticide. Organic sticky tape on the walls and a good thick mulch layer and they should disappear shortly. Clean clean clean!
