Plant is growing in a 3 gallon aerated pot with Fox farms ocean soil. At 6 weeks in vegetative growth, under 170 watts of cfl. 24hr light, 72-82F, 45-50% humidity

I have looked and looked and looked for bugs, cannot find a single one. Pest strips show nothing as well.

I'm having two issues -

#1 a single dot on some of the leaves, that go all the way through.

#2 as I have been exploring this issue, just in case it is insects, I gave a good spray with dish soap water and hydrogen peroxide, turned off the lights to let her dry. Turned the lights back on, and saw these dark splotches. These, as well all the way through the leaf.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
