Tie backs vs normal grow

Does anyone else out there grow tie backs. I seem to find if I tie the back and grow them along the ground I get a much larger bud yield. Anyone find this to be true?

Ive grown with and without lst. In my opinion lst definitely increases my yield. It allow for lower and middle branches to shoot up and become tops or semi tops. I plan to use lst in all of my grows from here on.

No, no one here has thought of that.

But yes, most advanced growers will use LST to increase over-all yield in small spaces. LST stops being so effective when you have tons of plants but for the personal grower it's a definite must.
