I draw the line at $10 per gram on MMPR bud. This is absolutely disgusting.

Well, if a strain takes longer to mature, you can assume it costs more (worker attention, electricity, nutrients over that extended flower period). Unfortunately, $14 a gram is probably way over what the costs were to the company plus modest profit - unless they're running a very inefficient operation, which judging by some companies projections/evaluations, some are.

I've noticed a lot of companies, business and investors that seem to have more money than brains. The market really just needs to be legalized, allowing patient's to grow their own as needed and also allow business development in this sector (for a whole host of economic, legal and research reasons). It's extremely irrational to keep prohibition going.

$14/g is absolutely ridiculous. If I still used Tilray that would be $25,200 per year excluding shipping and taxes. That's more than 25% of my income before taxes! how can anyone be expected to pay more for weed than their mortgage. Fuck you Tilray!

I thought they were not allowed to shows photos of the products. This seems like its behind a pay wall though and don't know if members area photos are allowed.

Production costs for most strains can't be that different between each strain to show such a difference in pricing.

I believe its statements like
"preferred for , potential for, noted for"
Etc. Which are a breach of the regulations,
Someone take a photo of this and forward to health Canada as a complaint,

It should all balance out with strains that don't take as long....it's just a way to get you to spend more...

probably the island jack, which I'm guessing is the pheno they're growing because it's an easy yielder.. seems odd that would be their flagship strain, pretty lamo, must be one of those reverse marketing scenarios..

The BM has had it's price stay the same for the passed 30 years and it still makes Large!.
