It's a sign of nute burn possibly. Tough to see in the blur lol tell the bud to stop dancing.

Need a loupe to see trichomes.

So you may want to check trics asap.. if they aren't all cloudy with some scattered amber.. I would feed her.

Look pretty hungry, and not quite ready. May have jumped the gun on the water only routine...
All you can do now is try to nurse her to the finish

I would check Trichomes. If they look done then she's ready. If not.. I'd feed her.

If you can clip the microscope to the phones camera it will take better pics. If you can't stay still like me... take a video and get real close on a few buds.. and then go thru the video frames to find the clearest shots.

Unless you are growing a clone, it is impossible to know when to flush. Some finish quick, some dont.
