Time to harvest?

Hi,
Its my 1st grow having a hard time knowing proper harvest time.
Fan leaves are sagging and look like they are dying, they have purple stems.
Is that normal? buds have mostly orange hairs some crystals not lots though.

Approx 5-6 weeks into flower pistols are turning orange to.
I don't have a strong enough magnifier. should i look at the crystals are those the
resin glands. they seem clear do they turn red too.

I don't want them too die or go over best time. Any rules of thumb when it comes to
harvest. I've read the harvest tutorial and lots of other threads and i am still unsure.

ok so yes some stems are naturally red and yes the crystals are your trichromes...they turn clear then cloudy, then amber...harvest when cloudy for a more up high and amber for couchlock style

and ull want to flush with pure water for like 3 days before u harvest...ive also recently run into alot of people talking about a 48-72 hour dark period
