Time to harvest?

Hello all- today I was told by customer support, where I buy my autoflower seeds that both my AK 47 and Big Haze can be harvested now. I don't think it's true. The AK 47 is almost a foot tall and 4 months old. The Big Haze is not even 6 inches tall and 3 months old, I think she is dying. I am pleading for all expert growers to help me. Thanks in advance.

I kept them inside too long, before taking them outside. What, why should I toss it? How are autos able to reveg?
