Timer Failure 2 Weeks before harvest.

Someone...Anyone...Put my mind at rest...

The digital timer governing my lights has failed.

The light cycle was extended by 3 hours before I noticed the lights were on.

I can't find any supporting information regarding accidental light stress, frequency, and damage caused.

Can somebody fill me in on the loss I'm to incur?

Approximatley 1-2 weeks until est finish.

So my inquiries are as follows:

1. Has the prolonged light, already triggered a hormone change?
And if so, do I harvest prematurley?

2.Do I alter the light cycle the following day? (Alowing for 12h darkness after the timer failure)

3. Is my overall yield and potency compromised?

ANY information would help, any input or reassurance. The sooner the better, the light cycle starts again soon, and I will leave it unless told otherwise.

Thanks! :leaf:

Give your plants 24 hours of darkness then put them back on a 12/12off it can't have caused a mojor upset to your plants growth put the on 24 hour of darkness to try and get some of that budding time back.

It shouldn't be a problem. 2 weeks to flower is too late to cause any damage. The hormones are set in place at that time. If you want to you can do what Tyke said

agreed, just keep em regular routine. it has happened to all of us at some point. takes a bit more than that to stimulate hormone changes. if anything, they grew abit more in those 3 hours. I wouldnt put them in 24 hours darkness though. that may confuse the shit out of em, unless u r willing to risk it. no worries, for real.
