Times to plant and harvest in south africa

Hi to all at RIU.I was wondering if anyone could help me on this.Well i was wondering what time to start germinating and then to plant(outside) in South Africa.I figured it should be around December but i amnt sure.And also times that the light turns 12/12??Thanks in advance
