What is the proper time to plant seeds for outdoor grow in the Southern Hemisphere ? Like I dnt want it to run all the way till late April or early May , but still looking to do a big size plant , will sprout em under lights , as to give a head start just dnt wana put em outside and then they suddenly start flowering, they gonna end in 13gal pots
