Totally a sound argument.
Protesting some thing the government does is constitutional.
Administrators can't deem pot leafs (4/20's, joints, etc.) to be inappropriate due to dogmatic claims based on fear and fallacious information that was provided by government officials through propaganda by Harry Anslinger and Randolph Hearst.
1st amendment.
I'm baked, but I regret not speaking up against anybody when they were telling us to take off our weed clothse and stuff.
