I have what appear to be tiny flies walking around the rim of my flower pot. i haven't seen them on the leaves yet but i wanted to check if anyone had any ideas of what they are or how to safely get rid of them.
yeah probably fungas gnats...try and keep the soil as dry as possible...they live on 3 week cycle...so the worms in the soil leave eggs behind and they develop into flies...if you can't kill them off by watering less you might have to try a chemical like Imidacloprid to get rid of em.
Thanks, i thought that may be the case but i figured i would ask the more experienced people of rollitup. I only saw a few, so my babies should hopefully fully recover!
