Hey all,

OK, so I appear to have a bit of a problem, a number of my plants have been showing some problems over the last couple of weeks. The common symptom is what looks like burning on the tips of new growth, also a lot of curling of tips,

First had problems 3 weeks ago in what i originally thought was a raging nitrogen deficiency in one of my hazes that i just couldn't resolve, it showed the same symptoms before almost dying... and now after seeing what looks like tiny gold / yellow spots on the new growth on one of the cheese plants.. I have checked and most the plants have some degree of spots on... and all have what looks like nute burn on the tips, and curling of leaves.. some ever appear to have bite marks on!! Its defo not spider mites, i've had them many times over the years but there is no sign of them.

I thought it might be thrips, but i'm really not sure, i tried shaking the plants over some white paper to look for the droppings, and yeah there is a whole load of little black / brown lumps falling off them, but i have no clue if its thrip shit..lol and its far to small to show you a picture...

Iv attached some pics, a few of the leaves look like they have bloody bite marks in them, but i'm not sure if its just a deformed leaf... ive added a pic so make let me know what you think?? but somethings not right here!

Ive not totally ruled out heat stress, i moved to a new place recently (about the time i started noticing probs), and i have seen an increase in temps in the flowering room, not massive, but i do tend to get the close to the lamp! But i think im clutching at straws....

You no doubt want my setup, I grow in soil, in paragon grow mix and light mix (for clones and seedlings). I feed after 3 weeks of flowering, working up from 1ml to about 4ml, im always careful not to over nute...

Feeds I use: Biobizz bloom, grow and topmax.... I also use formulex as an all round nute boost on occasions I need..

All different strains on the go, all at different stages, i try and run a 1 in 1 out rotation on my plants... ALL plants at various stages showing the same symptoms!

Im tempted to give them a dose of plant vitality, what does anyone else think about that idea??

They look over fertilized to me. I'd say what most people think are nutrient deficiencies are actually a ph problem or over fertilization.

keep it real.

cavalry i think your 100% right i think most of all problems are small ph issues then made worse, imo i think its a ph issue which is locking out nutes and or salt built up when was the last time you flushed?
