Hello! Would anybody happen to know what is wrong with my girls? I'm getting brown spots and brown tips on leaves at the bottoms of my plants.

I have been feeding the plants the regular green GH nutes. I have gave them waterings with some calmag here and there. I have not tested the PH of the tap water I have been using.

well find the ppm of your tap water and how much is the ppm of the nutrient solution are u giving it could be lockout or a def could be more of a def so idk gimme these numbers please because my tap water has a good amount of calmag but needs more mag in general so its a plus plus in my situation it only come out at 100ppm

I just tested my tap water at a 7.3 ph. From what I am reading, the internet says that this is too high, and the nutrients will be not soluable at this ph. Is this true?

Good morning op...yes that's true.
Soil grown likes a ph anywhere from 6.3 to 6.8...if feeding mix nutrients and shoot for a ph of around 6.5 or so, then allow your medium to dry to approximately 80% of its weight prior to watering...the lift method works great. This will allow a natural ph swing as the medium dries out, allowing full nutrient spectrum take up by the roots, as well as allowing oxygen to reach them.

Thanks! I'm gonna order some PH down. Is there anything I can use in the meantime for acidity in my nutrient water while I wait for the ph down?

It looks like you're growing in rockwool, not soil...is that correct? If so, your pH is way off for that style of grow which may be why you're showing deficiencies. I would dial in your pH firstly. Then see what deficiencies you have and address them. By the looks of your plant you're short on Ca and Mg, but again, don't add either until you get your pH fixed. Good luck.

When fixing my PH, is it okay to just correct all the way down to the ideal 6.5 immediately, or should I gradually change the PH for the plants over a few days to not shock them?

Friend, if you're growing in rockwool, I would research the proper pH to use. Once you determine the proper pH, just make the change; it won't bother the plant. Not correcting your pH will though. Good luck.
