Tiny sprout. Too small?

I was just wondering if you guys have ever seen a very TINY sprout. I have sprouted 8 plants outdoors before, after germinating, and they sprouted just fine. A LOT bigger than this one. I can't seem to find any threads on tiny sprouts. I will include a picture of her. It's a feminized WW. I'm not freaking out to much yet. Lol. Do you think this little one will be okay? I'm doing a rubbermaid grow box for now. Stealth. Two tubs that look like normal stacked storage bins. I have the bottom of one cut out, and the lid of the other cut out. Temp stays at 83-89 degrees with 45% humidity. I have one 23 watt CFL on her because I'm scared two might be to much. Intake fan and a hole for hot air to escape. It seems to be working fine as far as the temps go.

UPDATE.
The second picture was taken september 10th:
She is still small but she has grown a tad in 3 days. Still hoping for the best.

be patient go away for a month and then come back to a healthy beautiful plant that dosent need you taking pictures every day ;-)
its fine and be patient

Yea just let her go, who knows she might grow up to be your best plant. Patience is key.(even though it is ridiculously hard to be patient)

Your responses made me feel a lot better.
I will be away for work for most of the day tomorrow. I will check on her then.
I try not to peek too much cause I want to be able to tell when I see some growth.
Checking every 10 minutes isn't going to get me anywhere haha!

The box grow was kind of unexpected. I had everything set up in the closet but realized the light was coming through my door and was really noticeable so I had to go with a plan B. I don't know what I would do without this site and all these great ideas going around. It helps me out a lot!

Yep and the closet is just to small for one plant. So I went with my plant B and thanks about the avatar :) I like to rip bongs!
