The tips of white hairs look burned they have red tips now what could cause this?

It’s just the tips not the whole pistol that turned red
Yep. All those reasons I stated cause the tips to change. A pistil undisturbed turns brown/red along it's whole length at the same time.

Does it recover over time?
No. Damaged leaves and pistils don't recover most of the time. The buds will still be smokable on the plant having the issue, but you may find seeds in there if indeed it was some pollen.
