what's the potentcy and what's its cycle ? any other recs , i want to grow something good

If you do some research, maybe google a little bit, I'm sure you'll find everything you're looking for..

Well I like the OG kush from Humboldt seed org. as far as yield ,and potency it counts on how you do the things you do. But for a new grower , NL, Big Bud, critical, I could keep going but it would benefit you to go to the Attitude seed bank and just read up, the seed you pick really counts.

Dude, check out some seed buying sites. I know Greenhouse seeds will give you a pretty solid description of the strain, including yield, strength, benefits, etc ... here is one of my favorite sites - http://www.marijuana-seeds-canada.com/, only because I'm Canadian.

500 per m2 is actually 500 grams per meter squared .. this is simple math and should be pretty easy to understand.
I don't meant to be rude, there are a million and one people here who are willing to help, but the first step has to come from the newbies, searching RIU, google searches and variations of your searches help. If newbies take these first steps, you'll find that you'll get a lot more support from the more senior members (who are tired of answering the same questions over and over and over again) to help and provide advise.

Have you built your cabinet yet? You mentioned it' s 4x4 but how high is it? 3 inches? 2 feet? 16 feet? Can make a big difference. I chose Arjan Haze #3 because it tends to grow small and bushy, and I started growing in a PC. Yeild isn't so much about strain (it has a big impact) but like anything else, hard work, research and technique also have a lot to do with it - IMO.
