One of my moms recently started putting out strange growth. It's not happening all over, it's just every now and then. This is the third I've found and I've just been cutting them off. Closest thing I can find is tobacco mosaic virus, but all the TMV pics on canabis are different. :/ is this TMV or something else?

Was this plant ever touched by anyone after handling another plant from outside your grow op?
It can not be TMV it's self per say....Cannabis can get virus's and there are a cpl of Mosiac's that can infect hops. That, actually does
kind of look like apple mosaic in hops.....Thing is, mosaics will have the plant show that look all over....It does take time to do it BUT, yours sounds way to slow for it to be that!!! There is virus's that could be a form of mosaic that infected hemp years ago. It's quite possible for it to be returning after being ? gone or dormant ? for years....decades...
How long sense the first shown expression like that?
If it's Broad or any micro sized mite problem. You can hit it (whole plant) with Forbid a cpl of times and the problem will stop progressing!
I mean when I've gotten that or the yellow& normal green look
like that, and I treated with Forbid...It stopped, and clones did not express that look anymore....
