Hey everyone my plants are about pretty much touching the lights

The lights are two 100 watt CFls but there them ones that only use something like 20 watts but the light is equivelent to 100 watts

Will they burn the plants because i dont have a fan but I leave a window open.

Yes, they will burn the plants. Especially if they touch. Keep an eye on them and if you see a pale brown spot at the nearest leaf to the light it's time to move the light.
