To Dim or Not to Dim

Just a quick question to all growers.
I just purchased some 450w LEDs x2 and they are dimmable. My question is, is it worth dimming/adjusting the lights for different types of growth i.e For Veg and for Flower ? Or should i just turn it on and leave it as it is?
