Yes its to early, and also you might want to get rid of that alluminum foil, its going to put burn marks on your plant.

Also I would reccomend picking up atleast 1 more cfl. To be safe I would say 2-4 more, but atleast 1 will help your plant out alot better. But either way, please remove aluminum foil.

definately too early for showing signs of sex... i'm on my 5th grow and i haven't had a plant show sex until i went through a couple weeks of 12/12... but i usually keep my plants under a foot and half in veg. so maybe it's just the strains i've had... good luck with your grow and get more cfl's!
