to late to transplant?

I have several White Rhino and a couple of thc bomb in my flower room. I currently have them in 2 gal pots and they are all from 16 to 20 inches tall. They have been in flower for around 3 weeks and are just starting to create buds. My question is this: I fear that I may have used too small of pots to maximize my yeild, so is it too late to transplant into 5 gal pots? I don't want them to get root bound or be stunted.

My grow room is an 8 x 8 converted shed with 6 400 watt lights.

Yes do it you will harvest more but be carefull, saturate the pot ,drain ,squeeze the sides, upturn, have the new pot and medium ready.

I use vics soil, I start in 3 gal.. on the 3 or 4th week, after the stretch.... I switch to 5 or 7 gal (depending on plant size)with new vics, as the stretch has depleted most of the 3 gal mix by this time.

so yes re pot, they love the extra room.
