Too early to trim?

my plant is 7 weeks old

I just topped it 3 or 4 days ago

Is it too young to trim?

Does it need to be trimmed? I'm worried about all the little leaves and stems towards the inside blocking sunlight, am I wrong? What needs to be done?

Let it grow.

Yeah... leave it the fuck alone for a bit... go smoke for a few weeks

Just watch how the lower branches start growing now that its been topped. Be patient, looks fine.

Its been topped, your looking for lower branches to grow up above the top of the main stem and form a canopy. It will adopt a v shape overall as side branches grow out and up at an angle.

After that you need to consider flowering maybe or getting it to the size you want to flower.

Any weedy non growing branches can be cut in a couple weeks when you next need to consider your options going forward, for now allow all branches to grow, most should make it.

All those secondary branches will start to grow once it recoups from the topping. You don't need to do anything atm.
