too late to clone?

So i planted 3 afghan kush seeds that i just happened to have and didn't have time to keep a mother plant, but they grew so fast and strong i wish i would have kept a clone. They have been flowering for almost 3 weeks but are still in early flowering development. Is it possible to clone now and re-veg? Or is it possible to take clones at harvest and re-veg?

You can take clones now, just may take them a bit longer to root. You can also reveg after harvest but I dont know that I would do it right now, would extend your grow time greatly....

so is it better to take them now? I have one hydroponic setup for 6 plants so what i was thinking is i could harvest these 3 when there ready, then take 6 clippings and put them right back into that setup to veg and flower just as if i grew from seed. Would this work?

Cloning a completely mature(flowered)plant would be most likely end in failure.

Hey doug....

I run a 6 plant hydro set up...I take clones before I switch to 12/12...

I have taken some clones off some seed plants that were in flower for 2-3 weeks....I didn't like it....it rooted fine it just took forever to switch back to vegging...I would cut the clones now...I wouldn't wait any longer...they will grow...
