Too many plants 2 close together need help

i have myself a jungle of pain... my hydroponics tray has too many plants 2 close together they are growing into each other.. causing a lot of the plants to not be able to get any light... there is pretty much no room.. Is there anything i can do ?

less plants next time. i only grow 4 plants in a 4.5x4.5 tent with a 1000w light and thats almost too crowded.
