Too much light for seedling?

Ive got my seedlings in my tent with a 1500w led. But the light is like 4 ft away. Is that still too much light? Should i just use cfl's for the first week or so? Im just worried cfl's wont keep em warm enough. Only one of em has popped out of the soil so it's not too late to change up if i need to.

Cfl first is preferable imo. They can be placed close to provide a small bit of heat from their ballasts

Agreed with 4(207). Young plants don't need that much light. It would be better for you financially to use a cfl for even the first 2 weeks of life. If you keep it 12" - 16" above your canopy they should be good. They put out a small amount of heat.
