if its the good kind of mycellium i wouldnt worry about it directly harming the seedlings but the conditions favorable for mycellium first of all my not be favorable for delicate seedling roots (ie; too much moisture in the medium) secondly these conditions may also be favorable for pythium and other pathogenic fungi

i start my seeds in coco perlite mix with 10% ewc to minimize these problems.
