Too much nitrogen

Ok somebody out there I need some advice. I've been using the lucas formula and going half strength and it doesn't matter what strain I always get nitrogen toxicity. I grow ebb n flow style with no medium and start flowering after 2 weeks of my clones showing roots. Maybe I should start out with 1/4 strength?

What's the ec ? Didn't we go over this before?

Small plants don't need such high levels of nutes especially in the beg. What's your water input? Tap? Ro? Are you using calmag too?
Wasn't it something about your temps? I'm trying to remember.

Yeah my temps were really low 60's for first 4 weeks of flower...using RO water and adding cal mag until my ppm is around 200. And using 4ml micro and 8ml bloom per gallon. I'm sure we have gone over this before I just forget alot
