Too much nitrogen

Ok somebody out there I need some advice. I've been using the lucas formula and going half strength and it doesn't matter what strain I always get nitrogen toxicity. I grow ebb n flow style with no medium and start flowering after 2 weeks of my clones showing roots. Maybe I should start out with 1/4 strength?

I don’t grow e&f or clones but that sounds pretty logical

I think you have a hell of other problems, maybe give more info's (and veg-pics) out then users may better be able to help you

Well first off I will say that the first 4 weeks of flowering the temps got low as 58 degrees, which definitely stunted the growth, I'm 7 and half weeks into flowering and this is all I got with two different strains...dogwalker (which is showing really bad what I think nitrogen toxicity) and the other strain is skunk#1/northern lights. I flood every hour...ppm right now is only 500 ppm. I only veg for like 2 weeks once I see a good root system on the plants and then I transplant them to the flowering room.
