Too much water ?

Hello everybody a have a question, if i build a system like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RajhuUx4Hgg will my platns not get too much water ? I ask because i will have my plants in my holiday house and i will be there only once a week. Thank you very much

Its not about overwatering. Its too little oxygen that's termed overwatering.
