Obviously they are not healthy. I expect the health, yield and quality will suffer in the end. Most people cut out Nitrogen in flowering WAY too early. Use it as a learning experience so your next crop turns out better.......

Can't really tell with the lights on, but yeah....plants still need some nitrogen in flower

they look fine for week 5, relax

that is not nitrogen deficiency. the yellowing starts at the veins

how soon after you watered did you take the pics? that could account for the clawing

i would check ph

It is possible that you have been overdoing the bloom nutes, because too much bloom ferts lockout nitrogen and then the plant starts looking all yellowy and dropping leaves off.

I also have a strain that will do this same thing if it needs to be repotted during flower...so another thing to think of...I still from time to time overdo the bloom ferts and mess everything up...but just try to not worry about it too much...just give water til the plants start to look a little better. If after a few cycles of wet to dry with only water the plants still look bad then try repotting them into new soil and that will fix whatever the issue is, be it that they needed to be repotted, or too much bloom ferts.
