too small cups for auto?

Hello we have big problem with autoflower 'purplequeen' it has suprised me how quick it grows and it could be it has reached the bottom of the cuo i wanted to transplant soon but is it too late now as they are 7 days from germination? its np as its my first Grow and i didnt do enough much research ;)

Way to small. Get 3-5 gal pots min.
You shouldnt really transplant autos but its not too bad if u do it early. Id wait till a few leaf sets come out to make sure its roots are large enough to handle it. At 7 days its not going to be filling out the soil.

U sure they cant be root bound alredy I think there is not much soil in there because it looked big but after i water it looks small nowyes i know waiting for them to get big is good but they dont have so much space to expand

They are def not root bound! Don’t believe me grab the stem and give a gentle pull straight upwards lol
