top before light switch

If I fim 2 weeks before the switch, will the plant recover in time.and.will the new growth efficently stretch and form the wonder cola quartet? Or should I fim sooner and allow the new growth time.to get to a decent size

I top anywhere from 1-3 weeks before flower. I only veg for 4-6 weeks though. I base my topping on height/#of nodes on a plant rather then age though. So that might make a difference for you. If she is pretty tall already, you can top way back and use the top as a clone.

Yeah I'm begging prob 5 weeks.so ill top before.the.switch.

Yes thats a nice cushion. When I do high stress training I usually just give it a week to recoop. For fimming when I choose to do it I was doing it when I noticed 3 growth nodes worked well.

Yeah I was giving them a week to recoil and week to grow a few new.nodes then do the switch. They should get 3 in a week
