Top Buds Look almost done, advise please.

Hello all. I must admit I didn't train my pant early enough around it's light source and I got some light damage to my top buds, which almost appear ripe enough to harvest, only 4 weeks into flowering, far advanced to the rest of the plant. Should I harvest these top buds, or should I wait until the rest of the plant catches up? here are some pictures:
