my plant is 5ft and week 6 of flower but is mostly sativa so i be waiting a bit more yet, question is the top of the plants flowers are way more developed and mature, the lower half which came on a bit later some bud sites only 2 weeks ago are naturally less developed but can tell if i waited longer they would develop nicely, when harvest comes could i just harvest the top of the plant and let the lower half mature more so i can get better buds.?

I would think so, kind of like topping the plant, but not exactly? I'm bumping this, I'm interested too.

yes chop them as far down as you need,,,chop just above where branches or fan leaves branch out,,kinda like when you top a plant..peace
