Top soil/Miracle Gro/Pete moss?

Hi, I was wondering if its possible to use top soil/Miracle Gro/Pete moss for a first grow. The Miracle Gro is not organic. Is there any ratio of these soils that would create a comfortable ph for the plant?

I would find a foxfarm retailer. I use scotts for seedlings then move to foxfarm ocean forest
for the transplant.
