topped and lst

What up Guys! This is my 2nd try at LST, the first turned out to be a male. This one is 3 wks old today and sits under 5 27w 6500k cfls, and 2 27w 5500k's. Gets watered every 2-3 days. I use FF ocean forest soil and FF bigbloom nutes. I plan on vegging it for another week or 2 then set it under a 400w hps. Question, should i tie down where i topped it or just below..ck out the pics to see what i mean.. The baby plant is some purp.....fingers crossed!

I tie mine down lower than where I cut off. Rationally speaking, you will want the plant to bend towards the light, so you need to give it that little bit of space to curve properly.
