Topping/Fimming result looks strange (pics attached)

I made my first attempt at topping and fimming. One of the plants looked a little off, but this is my first grow so im not sure what they are supposed to look like. Leave your thoughts

they do that on occasion, sprout out a little deformed leaf, no big deal

yah, i had a few deformed leaf's myself. i wouldn't worry about it...

mine looked just like that right after i fimed it then it grew into this

result of fiming, have multiple top colas. so don't worry

6 weeks veged, but i topped when it was 4 weeks and fimmed at 5 weeks

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated. I just got in a few things i ordered from online and have a few more questions now. Would changing from HPS to MH during veg cause anything bad to happen (3 weeks into veg but only had an HPS bulb until getting a MH today) ? I was planning on keeping the MH bulb going for maybe 2 weeks then switching over to 12/12 with the hps.

Also, I just got in the organic line of General Organics nutrients. I am using fox farm ocean forest, when would be the right time to begin feeding my plants? I have 3 non-auto and 3 autos.

I think something might be wrong with one of my plants. It looked like a nitrogen deficiency from what i compared online because one of the lower leaves was turning yellow at the tip. I went ahead and gave her 1/4 of the recommended general organics line in hopes of making it better. I have attached pictures of it.
