i would give her some mosquito dunk and then cover with sand.
been there, done that.
Just something i did.
I changed from plastic pots to fabric pot. this round i have only seen 1 or 2 of those little bastard.
Because the soil drys out quicker on the top and sides. Plus, the root pruning is wonderful. My plants are awesome since changing to fab pots.
