If I had to guess I'd say bad soil/poor drainage/over-waterring AND insufficient light.

Only because I feel bad for this noob. Shame you guys. Almost a pound.

OP you need a lighter soil mix, dry kelp fert at min, fish emulsion, epsoms salt, a spray bottle, and about 20X's the light. But before all that. A ppm/ec meter and a ph pen. Then a bunch of reading. Just call them as I see them. Best of luck.

It's okay. It's a LED bulb type desk lamp. It's moveable. You guys are rough.LOL.
