Hi guys so im in week 3 of my critical grow just topped my girls and im wondering is it good enough to just go for topping or do i allso need to Lst at the same time im planing on toping and the Scroging

I let mine grow out a bit, then bend them flat under the scrog net. Lots of ways to do it.

They stay pretty bendy in veg

Should be fine to lst as well, as long as your plants are healthy.
