Topping

i have an idea of what it is and i hear it allows your plant to have more buds but how exactly do you top your plant. i have height restrictions and this sounds like a good idea. is there a thread on how to top exactly cuz i want to do this but have no idea how

That thread meathook posted is the be all end all of fimming and topping for noobs. I followed it with great success on my first try.
