which is the most effective of topping methods? Whichone? Top, fim or supercropping?

i use a combination of them all. I supercrop to get all the outside branches to catch up, then i top/FIM those. I like FIMing and topping, and i usually do the FIMin on accident.

What i did was top, then wait for those 2 new colas to grow in then supercrop those.

The best topping method I have found is Uncle Ben's Topping Technique

If you follow the simple directions to the letter, you will end up with 4 main, giant colas per plant.
