Total plant length

After Scrog how do you measure a plants height? At the point you started Scrog plus how far out vertically it reached? After stretch I don’t want to go over 3’. Thanks

Scrog net is placed 12" above the soil. Plants are topped once. Once the plants touch the net(30ish days). Light is flipped.

Depending on the pheno types. You can expect anything from one foot more growth to 3.5'.

Tie the excessively tall colas down and keep the canopy level.

With a ruler?

Plants will typically double or triple in size during flower stretch. Plan to flip to flower when it's 1-1.5 ft tall to reach that 3 ft max height.

She’ll double or even triple during flowering. Whatever training you’ve done or will continue to do, once you start flowering light cycle it will double or triple from that height. Scrog is your best friend to keep them lower and away from the light.
