You mean "LST" or "Low Stress Training"! All you have to do is a google search on either one of those terms and it will link you to other sites. Its not hard at all though. Just tie the top down to the side of the pot. It will create a new top cola from one of the side branches as the tied down original top tries to find its way back up again. Its a weed, so no matter what you try to do to it, its still tries to grow upward. Some people even turn the whole plant on its side.
hahahaha, i would love to see an entire grow hanging upside down. IT's funny, we do forget sometimes that pot literally is a weed and can grow under almost any conditions. However, the better the conditions....
yea, i've topped all my plants and it created 2 to 4 colas on some of the them. this is my first grow so i still have a lot to learn. I was jsut wondering what some of the benefits were and what kinds of different ways you can train. i dont have a ton of space but i'm in a situation where more space is always availible. i have one solid grow room set up and could establish two other smaller areas and have the plants kind of speard out to give each of them their down space if need be. SO in your explanation you dont really have to take space avialibilty into account. that being said, i dont have unlimited space.
