it's hard for me to tell but if the pistols are all turning or turned brown and your tricomes have begun to get cloudy it is time to take her down. a good magnifying glass can help considerably. but from what i can see she looks ready or even over ripe. no worries about over ripe as long as there is no mold. if you have still some white pistols but most have turned chop it and enjoy. make sure to give her a nice dry and cure for the smoke to be top potential.

Dude you really shouldn't be chopping off the fan leaves before harvest. They store all the converted sugars it needs and will only thrive to replace them. I'd rather have my plant putting energy towards budding than regrowing fans and leafy bud.

I agree with Nunchukawaria. "Lolipoppin" your girls before you harvest will only stress and take energy from what's really important! Remember leaves are what make your girlies thrive and grow, it nurtures the plant, for a human it would be the same as hacking away important organs like lungs and other energy synthesis organs. Other than that, nice job, looks (looked?) like an overall healthy plant. Good job man =)

lollipopping does not mean take off fan leaves, it means taking off everything below a particular spot to encourage larger production up top.
