transfer from veg to flower

well, i have my plant vegging in a dwc system. the plant itself is in a net pot and all the roots are going through the net pot into the water. now for this specific plant, we're not gonna take any clones and we're gonna put it into flower. my flowering setup is and ebb and flow.
so my question is, how should i go about moving the plant to the ebb and flow container without damaging the roots and all that? i want to seperate the plant from the net pot and im almost positive the net pot itself cant fit in the tub the plant will be going to, but i will check.

just sort out the roots and pull it out try clipping the net pot if that help more

put the hole plant and smaller net im guessing into the new bigger net. what u think about that.

if u pull it out u will rip the roots out u could try cutting pot but u would have to basically cut it all up
