Transferred 2.5/3 week old plant, instant curl. wtf?

glad a place like this exists or i would be going crazy trying to figure this out on my own.

I just transferred my 2.5ish week old plants into a larger container, and one of them instantly looked terrible. I'm talking about with in 3 mins it looked like how it does in the picture. Now I didnt change the soil or anything, all I did was move it and water it. I might have over watered, but I didnt think it would react so fast. Looks a bit worse now than when I took the picture (15mins ago). Leaves are curling inwards. The other plant I transferred looks fine. Any ideas?

These are 2.5ish week old AK47s growing out doors spritzing a few times a day and watering once they are out of water, so about every other day.

Thanks for the help!

yep, after transplanting, plants are usually in a bit of shock. when this happens, they dislike strong lights. so you would want to keep them in the shade for a day or two after transplant (or put a screen to shade a bit). at any rate they'll be better in a while.
